    If you are in need of a good butt kicking, 9 Rounds is the place to go. 30 min with maximum results makes this workout a no brainer. The trainers are fun and really push you to finish out strong.

    My husband and I both go, it's a great workout with something new every day! The trainers are very friendly and motivating! It's very convenient that it's only 30 minutes and you can start as soon as you arrive! We highly recommend it to anyone who wants a quick, effective workout!

    Lunch hour workout with the girls? Check! Today was my first session, Chris worked with us and she was AWESOME! Five ladies in the gym... in and out in 30 minutes and she kicked ALL our butts! LOL! That was awesome. There should be a line at this place. It is the TRUTH! #sweat #tensionbreaker #hitsomething #goodburn

    I get the best results in minimal time- it just makes sense! 30 min for a full body workout with cardio, work with a trainer and release some aggression as bonus! You should give it a try if bored with your work out or feel like spending too much time at the gym and not seeing results. Prepare to sweat though.
