    The worst store i have ever been to, was there 3 different times for 2.5 hours total, first words out of the the guys mouth, I can't warrant that! Seriously i spent 400$ for this air conditioning system, and your junk compressor that lasted ten minutes after start up is my fault, after i explained to the guy how to properly do an AC system and asked for my money back the tenth time i finally left, DO NOT go there! I finally called the corporate to speak to someone with reason! THIS STORE IS A SHAM!!! I will never EVER go there again and i suggest you don't as well.

    I understand when a store is very busy it may take a minute or 2 to get my questions answered, but there is no reason that I should have had to wait at the store for an hour to get the part that I needed. After taking several customers first that had come in after me, Jose knowingly sold me the wrong part. He was very rude, and treated me like I didn't know anything because I'm a woman. He told me it would work just the same. And when I went back to return the part he then told me that they don't make and can't order the right part. Really? It was ridiculous. He obviously didn't care about my business. I have been a loyal Advance shopper for as long as I can remember, but last night was the last time I will ever go to Advance for my auto parts. I took the $105.68 that I spent on the part at advance and went down the road to AutoZone where they didn't have the part in stock, but could order the correct one and have it for me in less than 24 hours. So, long story short, don't shop here.
