I LOVE Dr. Buck! Also, all the other doctors I've seen have been good. Dr. Graves is the one who delivered my baby girl. I had never met her before, but she was really calm and kind in the delivery room. However, I'm not fond of the business office because whenever I interacted with them they were unprofessional and unkind. Since I like the doctors, I do my best to look past the business office.

I am 36 weeks pregnant and have used Advocates for Women's Health throughout my entire pregnancy. I first visited them with my first child, whom we lost in a very unfortunate miscarriage. The doctors and nurses were very caring and compassionate, and are always friendly and hospitable. I visit Dr. Buck normally, and she is absolutely amazing and so sweet. I've also had a visit with the nurse practitioner, Allison, as well as the lactation consultant, Tina. I would definitely recommend A4WH any day!

I have been going to this practice for a couple years and love it! We are now expecting our first baby and overall have been very pleased thus far with the care. Dr. Evans is fantastic along with everyone else we've met. I love that I get to see my same doctor every visit and that the staff remember you. We haven't delivered with them yet, so can't speak to that experience, but we like that our doctor delivers at Norton Suburban because they have the highest level NICU in the area in case our little one will need it.

I agree with the person who reviewed this practice as a cattle call. I felt like I was just a number! I went with this practice because I wanted to see the same doctor throughout my pregnancy and birthing experience. But every time I've been to visit I feel like I'm being rushed -- I felt that when I asked questions I was holding her up from her next appointment. So, I will not be having another child with this doctor. The only reason I stayed with this practice through the whole pregnancy is because I'm not from Louisville and I didn't know who to ask for a referal. I will not be back!!! Here are the things that made up my mind to write this review. First, I was made to feel severely guilty about not getting the H1N1 vaccine while I was pregnant. Of course it's been all over the news that that vaccine has been recalled. I'm pretty sure that there was money in it for the doctors. Secondly, when it came time to deliver my little girl, she told me i needed to schedule it a week early so it wouldn't interfere with her vacation schedule. I understand that people have to have vacation at some point, but I'm not sure I would have put it that way. Third, when it came to giving birth I had little reassurance from my doctor because she was gone so fast that I hardly remember her being there. About four months after having my little girl, I visited for a routine check up and she was joking/pushing for me to have another baby. I mean, this woman doesn't even know me and she's acting like my best friend (which she had never acted like that in any other appointment)......at this point I was pretty convinced she was after money! So, just be ware, if you want your doctor to care about how you feel and your real concerns during pregnancy and birth don't go to this practice. They will not cater to you wishes on a birth wish list and they write you off if you want to go natural. FYI they will only help with births at Norton Suburban which I am convinced is the wost possible hospital to have a baby! Hope this helps someone!
