I have been a patient of Dr. Adrianne's for several years. I happily recommend her, as well as the entire office staff! Maggie, who administers my bimonthly shots, is very patient, kind, and understanding. My quality of life is significantly improved as a result of the excellent care Dr. Adrianne and her staff have provided me in getting my severe allergies under control!

I've been AAAA's patient for two multi-year spans since 2001. Two of my daughters have been treated there also. What I like best: Their office runs on time. Their staff is always friendly - never a "I'm doing you a favor here" vibe. They are especially kind to children. They explain everything they're going to do, and why they're doing it. You get a lot more answer than question. Their office has wi-fi. Parking is free. They post "We're Going to be Closed on X Date" signs in advance and prominently. Their billing is straight-forward and simple, plus they take credit cards. Mostly I love them during cedar season. I will sneeze and tear up like most of the rest of San Antonio, but I am not incapacitated as I have been before. I don't sacrifice my precious holiday time with my family on a mountain of soggy Kleenex. I highly recommend Alamo Asthma & Allergy Associates.

Being an allergy sufferer in San Antonio for most of my life, I made allergy testing my New Year's resolution in 2012. I was referred to Dr. Adrianne Vaughn, made the first appointment and that was one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. No surprise, my testing showed severe allergies to mountain cedar, dust, pet dander and almost anything that blooms. Dr. Vaughn recommended I do allergy shots which I gladly agreed to. After my custom serum arrived at their office, I started on my journey. Two years later I am thrilled to report that I rarely sneeze and my last tests showed I am no longer allergic to the things listed above, including mountain cedar. Allergy shots and Dr. Vaughn changed my life! I can't say enough great things about the process or how wonderful she and the office staff are. No one has to suffer with allergies and I only wish that I would have known about this solution years ago.

Dr. Vaughn is an outstanding doctor with an outstanding staff. After 2 years of allergy shots I no longer have itching eyes, sore throat, or blocked nasal passage during any season. I am starting my third year of shots to insure the allergies will not come back. All my shots have been painless. Dr. Vaughn is very thorough in his patient care. He has even picked up the phone and called me directly to discuss treatment. He is the only doctor that I know that does this. These treatments have been great for my allergies and I highly recommend Alamo Asthma & Allergy Associates.

If it hadn't been for Dr. Adrianne Vaughn, I was going to move to Arizona to get away from Cedar. Now I'm still here; feeling great and had a really good season this year and last when the pollen was so high. Office is the best and forward thinking for all their medical practices. I'm very pleased with the medical care and Maggie is terrific in the shot room.
