Bill and his Team have been exceptional to work with. I have re-located between CO and MN twice and each time Bill and his Team have been a pleasure to work with. I was referred to this agency/branch from MN and I couldn't be more delighted with the service, care, and attention I have received. Always courteous, professional, and very informative when dealing with any Insurance related issues. Also, recently I had to rent a large cargo van for business purposes and called to inquire about my coverage under my current plan. Emily at the office couldn't have been more enjoyable to work with- she patiently listened to all my questions and answered them in a way that made me feel like she truly cared and understood my situation! As if it were a close friend or family member. This attention to customer service is what really separates and elevates this office to the next level. After this I e-mailed Bill to explain the phenomenal service I have received, he couldn't have been more prompt and gracious with his response- prompting this review to tell you all! I have been a long time customer of Allstate. I have been recently been trying to get financing to buy a home. I contacted Bill Hoeltgen's office for a home owner's insurance quote. When I called, Jessie was happy to assist me, but she could not access the information directly at the time and asked if she could call me back. She delivered and called me as soon as possible giving me the information I needed. I contacted the office again when the original home offer fell through. Chuck answered the phone and was pleasant, but I wanted to talk to Jessie because I knew the quality of service she would provide. She called me back, immediately e-mailed the quote and when the lender had a question, she responded. Jessie is professional and dynamic and has been a bright spot in this very stressful process of buying a home.

I received excellent service from Bill's office when I called to set up a policy for car insurance. I called and talked to a nice lady named Jessie, and she was very adept at listening to my needs and helping me pick out the policy that was just right for me. Her pleasant demeanor and knowledge really made me feel comfortable. She saved me a lot of time by getting me my quote over the phone. I had a very pleasant experience and even saved $50 on my premium!

I was helped by your employee Charles Griffin. He has been a huge help to us with our insurance needs. Chuck quoted dollar for dollar with our current insurance carrier. He was very professional in his manner and answered every question we threw at him. Regretfully we are not in a position to change carriers at this time. We will certainly make your firm our first stop when we are capable of changing plans.
