The customer service is good, and the bowling is good as well. They do not do anything outstanding but you get what you expect. Unless you walk in expecting free bowling and a ball made of gold, you shouldn't be disappointed. The only bowling alley in the KC Metro the people treat you MEAN at is Lunar Bowl, FYI..

Where to start? Staff rude and completely incompetent. Staff acted very put out with any request. Children running around unsupervised stealing food and drinks from other guests. Underage kids roaming the bar. Only enjoyment was the bowling itself just don't count on the staff if there are any issues.
