I got a car from him 2 years ago and it still works good and runs good. I just want an upgrade. I was considering going back to him for another car.

They are scam artists! We went for them out of well my husband did out of desperate need. They lie to anyone and everyone just to make sales! They told us before purchase that everything under the hood was in excellent condition. LIE. We had to replace the water pump, the thermostat, the high pressure power steering line, the cold air intake hose and more that we couldn't afford. And then when I went to plate it I had to waste a whole tank of gas(v6 gas thief) because I couldn't plate the OUT OF STATE title that they never mentioned to us. After I overdrew our account plating this crap the transmission went out the next morning. When they towed the car to their mechanic they said they would not fix it. That is after they said if anything goes wrong THEY will pay for it and just add it to the loan. Just lying scam artists! They changed their name from Captains Auto to Apple Auto probably after they got so many bad reviews and complaints from the BBB. That's another part, I filed a complaint with the BBB and they threatened to repo the vehicle. Liars, cheats, untrustworthy. That's putting it nicely. When the transmission went out they offered to put us in something different only if it was just under my husband and his dad's name not mine and my husband's. They said it was because of the BBB complaint. If you cant handle complaints because of your manipulative, false sales practices then you shouldn't be in business. That's just my view. Only go here if you want to waste your time and money.

If you want to be taken for a ride, this is the place to go to. I purchased a vehicle here and after only a few weeks, it took a nose-dive into the junk yard due to a bad motor. They 'up-graded' me to another car for the cheap price of six more months of enslaving payments. Six days later, that car needs major repairs which I have to pay for. While I was waiting there, a guy was there to get his title and found out after paying $6000 for a $1000 car... that the car has a salvage title and they never told him about that. This people are very shady and if you're in real need of a vehicle, don't buy there out of desperation. I'll be calling channel 7 news to look into these thieves.

I confronted an employee about their cars being parked on the sidewalks and was told to go away and that if I continued to run my mouth I would need an ambulance. Avoid them at all cost. That is no way to handle a complaint.

I bought a car from him, when I went to get the car registered, i discovered he lied, when I confronted him about it I was threatened bodily harm by him and one of his staff. Do not recommend this place.
