    I GIVE THEM ONE STAR, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAY AWAY GUYS, PLEASE DONT MAKE SAME MISTAKE! The Worst Nightmare Ever!!! They had me waiting for over a week to fix a phone I purchased from them less than a month ago. Not only was it defective, the screen just started coming off! After a long week of waiting, i gave them my phone for repair and they bricked it. I almost feel they did it on purpose to get me to buy a new phone. They told me it was physical damage, but in reality the phone was always in an OtterBox and has never fallen. The 'geniuses' made no effort to really help me or assist me in my cause, they raised their voice at me and offered no reasonable resolutions. So very mad at them!! Go to a different store, hell even the repair shops are a better bet.!

    The process of trying to make an appointment for the apple store is absolutely terrible. It took me 10 minutes to fight with the automated system before I finally got in touch with a real person, only to find out that there were no appointments. I asked to be transferred to a manger, but was sent to another person who told me how to call the store directly. Upon doing that, I learned that I had to visit the store in order to make an appointment. What is the point of making an appointment only to have to visit the store and wait?! I couldn't even put my name in for the wait before I left my house. Apple may make a great product, but whoever designed the way the stores run needs to be fired.

    Setup a Genius Bar appointment, that I needed to change. Used the link to hell that would allow me to do so, however even using my Apple ID, no appointment was listed to modify. Now, I've called, only to get an appointment and then be transferred tot he wrong store. Got the number for the correct store, and then must have used the "wrong" full sentence response, and was transferred to Apple care. I did get lucky and got someone of quality there, who noted the steps I've taken with my 6+ issue, to minimize the length of time my appointment will take when I have to go there.

    Terrible. Not an Apple fan!!!. On line tech support, phone tech support and store tech support all sent me running in circles and my Iphone is still not fixed. Guess I'll be buying a Samsung phone.....

    Hope there is ZERO star. it was first time and last time ever in my life visiting apple store. they didn't fix my problem or create unnecessary problem to deal with. They said if I get new one I can continue to work but it didn't. I paid $100 to move data from old HDD to new HDD, they didn't all of it, They sounded like getting new motherboard for old machine takes time and get new one is best solution to continue working on my business asap. Turned out none of softwares open. now I feel like getting new motherboard was best solution. I want to get refund.
