Been with Arundel Mills Pharmacy sense they have opened ! There is no need to go to any other pharmacy , .. they dont offer personal service like KJ and His Wife and there small staff they are wonderful as well . KJ and his wife , They are small Buisness owners and that is what I like .. they are very warm ,kind hearted people that care about you and your needs and giving you the best personal service you could ever ask for . All the other Pharmacy are big corprate owned and you are just an number to them and they could care less! . I love going to Arundel Mills Pharmacy and supporting a small family owned buisness! I will never go to another pharmay again ... Arundel Mills Is the only Pharmacy I will go to! Sincerely , Rhonda Schindele Sincerely

First off, this place is incredible. On 4/2/13 I went to the CVS on rte 175 to get a script filled and had such a bad experience I randomly tried the Arundel Mills pharmacy to fill an additional prescription on 4/5/13. It was a fast and easy process and the customer service was phenomenal. Here is a description of my experience at each place: CVS - My doctor faxed my script to the CVS twice. When I got there they told me they never received it. They had my information on file and told me to wait 15-20 minutes to get it filled and they would call my name over the loudspeaker when it was filled. I waited over an hour. I overheard a pharmacy tech ask a woman if she had any questions for the pharmacist (as if reading from a script on what to say to a customer, which she most likely was). The woman had a question and the tech told the woman to wait in a separate area for the pharmacist to assist her but she refused. They never called my name over the loudspeaker. It turns out my script was filled in about 45 minutes but the person who filled it just placed it in a box that no one checked and she did not communicate to anyone that it was complete. I believe there were 7 people working there. Arundel Mills Pharmacy - My doctor sent the script to the pharmacy and when I got there they had received it. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. My insurance information was not on file but while the pharmacist took it down a tech filled the prescription. My prescription card was damaged but the pharmacist was able to find my ID# and wrote it down for me just in case I needed it again. The pharmacist made small talk and warned me of side effects of the medication without me asking about it. I was in and out with my script in about 5 minutes. The staff was very kind and patient with me. I highly recommend the Arundel Mills Pharmacy.

You get great customer service that you don't see any more at the big chains. Little to no wait time for your prescriptions
