The best technical support and service I have ever seen. Smooth process for booking service and pickup. Quick repair times. They fix it when and in the time frame they give you And finally, the best quality work for the best possible cost. This is from someone that has worked on cars since 1981. I fear mechanic shops, and try my best to avoid them. Atomic is only one of two places I would ever recommend. And with the highest possible rating.

These guys are awesome! I highly recommend Atomic Auto. I love my Prius V. Working with Les (Sales) and Travis (the owner/mechanic) was a casual, low / no pressure process (compared to a "traditional" dealership), and the experience and price fit me and my budget very nicely. I enjoyed the process, and the moments in between... Which, I suppose, are also part of the process. They're honest, friendly, and knowledgeable; 3 important qualities in an auto shop. Their prices are reasonable and fair; a much appreciated difference (compared to other options in town). If they don't Have the hybrid you want on the lot, they'll find one for you! Wow. : )

I took my car into Vancouver Toyota because my dahsboard lit up like a christmas tree. I went in expecting to pay some money because my brakes were not working very well at all. When they told me it would be 5500 to fix the problem all sorts of bells went off and i immediately called around. After talking with travis and having my car looked at by chris they both said after clearing the warning codes that my car was driving fine. Travis was honest and upfront the whole time. When i went to pick it up they also comped the work, which I onr hundred percent did not expect or even ask for. If you ever need your Toyota Prius fixed by anyone, these are the guys to do it. I will never go to anyone else. Customer for life.

Took my 97 nissan sx to get the front axle and arm control fixed. Service was excellent and speedy, plus I got a free oil change.

I had the BEST experience with Atomic Auto with my 2002 Saab 9-5, I made an appointment online and I included the codes that I was given from a previous diagnostic from another mechanic. Justin got back to me right away and suggested that I do an "Intermediate Service Synthetic Oil Change" . Let me tell you it was the BEST money I have ever spent. Not only did Justin meet with me when I dropped off my car but he answered all of my questions I had. Being a single female car owner it can be very overwhelming when mechanics start talking car with you. Justin was so patience and made me feel so comfortable with every question I asked. A few hours later I received an e mail that listed EVERYTHING that was done that included pictures. I am so impressed with the quality of Customer Service I received with Justin and also when I picked up my car Barry walked me through everything again. Just a few months ago a Saab/ European Mechanic (Clarke's European Vancouver) tried to convenience me of an issue that needed to be fixed for over $400.00 . When I e mailed Atomic for another option they informed me that the issue Clark’s were wanting to charge me for has nothing to do with Saabs. If you live in Vancouver, WA it is worth driving to Portland for Atomic Auto. I highly recommend taking your Saab, Volvo, or Hybrid. Even if you have another type of car I would call them first to see if they have a recommendation.
