    SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONLY- While my visits were few, there is no doubt they should remove the word service from their service departments title. I am sure most, maybe every dealership "assigns" a client to a customer service representitive to ensure an efficent transaction for both parties. This is a process I can respect; provided it works. You can be sure you are in a dealership that sells luxury cars by the number of apple computers throughout the facility and very heavy in the service department (to be fair it's one per employee). It gives plenty of time for internet browsing, allowing their heads to be buried in the keyboard. I can give credit and suggest that they may be lining up their days work. I arrived to find that the young polite man I was assigned to had an earlier client he was continuing to assist, as he should have. Meanwhile there were at least four other if not five other gentlemen either standing around and talking to one another, or burried in their computer. NONE of them said hello, offered me anything, (water) Never said that my young man would be just a minute and NOT ONE OF THEM offered to assist me, I did not exist, because I was not their client. When I finally asked the man next to him if there were anyone else that could assist he stated that he already did the walk around for him. I am sorry, you could not share this with me earlier? Further, I have recently suffered a traumatic event and the sales department was able to help me out in ways I needed, but the service department informed me that I would need to go back home for the paper version of my DL. I explained that my lic. was on file and that in recent days Concord Audi, was able to obtain it from the corporate office in order to assist me. He made one call and when he could not reach that person he told me there was nothing he could do. He did not ask any of his colleagues, but then they were busy doing nothing. The director of that department sits in a class office facing the floor. Funny, I could see him the entire time, yet he couldn't see me, the customer standing there in front of the only man assigned to clients that morning. In his defense, he was on his computer too. In the end, I was turned around before I even got out of the lot letting me know the DL. situation was resolved. Again, I would like to be clear with the fact I have only had three interactions with this department, but all have been pretty much the same. What I really want to say is see it in writing that you want a loaner, becasue somehow each time I was told they did not have that as a request, and will need to see what they have.They always provided one, but not until after they pretty much said I was incorrect. If I buy a car from Audi Concord, I bought it because I appriciated the journey and all those that went along with me. So dissapointing to see the disconnect between the front and back end. Maybe your system works for many, maybe even most, and changing it would most likely change nothing. But, what I would suggest is that your team of young/older men take some time to look up say hello and be a part of the process for all of your customers, not just their assigned people. I definitly flipped my switch on my last service, and am very sorry and ashamed by my actions; it was uncalled for. But rude and lazy service is not okay with me. There was a solution to my problem, they offered to anytime my car is need of repair they will have a loaner delivered and take my car in for repairs. This is the only thing that would keep me having service done at Audi Concord. I appreciate the effort and their solution.

    I have worked with Alex Kludt and Tim the manager for a number of years now. I have bought 3 cars from them. My experiences with each car was excellent. The Audi build quality is wonderful and Audi stands by their work. The service department has always been helpful, prompt, polite and provides a free loaner car. My new A3 Quattro Cabriolet drives like a dream. Alex is a terrific sales professional and wants the best for his customers. I give Alex, Tim and Concord Audi a big thumbs up!

    So far, five stars! I been a Lexus person for 25 years, but felt it was time for a change. I went to Audi Concord because of the yelp reviews, and I was not disappointed. I first contacted Chris Montoya by phone as a cold call to ask questions, and made an appointment to come out. When I got there, he was busy so he connected me with Jeffrey Fallas who proceeded to help with the process. Both were awesome! I still cant believe that I spent more than 6 hours there trying to find the right car for me, and Jeffrey was there for me all the way. I have bought many cars in my life, and in the later years, it went well because I had connections with Lexus people. Here, I walked in cold. Being cynical, I entered with trepidation, but soon felt this was unnecessary. Negotiations, sadly always a part of buying a new car, felt fair and no BS. I didn't walk out feeling screwed. I hope my service experience will be better than others reviewed! Looking forward to my Audi experience!

    Audi concord - ROCKS -**** GREAT YELP **** AUDI MEGNA ELITE dealer - read customer review below Oh my gosh these people! Where in the world do they get their customer service skills from, I mean, these guys are amazing! Who is the head or director of Audi Concord I want to know because whoever you are, you have done an amazing job steering this particular Concord Audi branch in the right direction! Audi Concord and Audi Livermore is like night and day. If you are thinking about going to Livermore Audi I would recommend Concord instead as we have interacted with both! We were floored, and am not exaggerating here, we were jolly floored by the service we were provided at Audi Concord. No pushy salesmen tactics I mean, it would be so not good to even use the term 'car salesmen' here. All the sales guys here are Rockstars! Our questions were promptly answered and we were given a delightful tour of an SUV we really liked but waiting for the 2016 model. Audi is class and these guys take it to a whole another level. Their service is royal (pushy service does not exist in their dictionary is how we felt) and the people working here - every single person right from the front office to the car Rockstars (salesmen) to the manager were so nice, professional and friendly. You guys should seriously consider launching an institute that teaches businesses how to provide professional and friendly customer service as some businesses seriously lack those skills and are so caught up in just gobbling money from the customers with no regard to service. We are definitely coming back when the 2016 model is out. Please don't change Audi keep being what you are ie., the BEST! Was this review …? Useful Funny Cool 1

    What an unexpected experience! This place goes above and beyond to really make you feel comfortable, unpressured, and educated when deciding on a vehicle. Gavirella Rhodes was amazingly helpful and friendly, and Miss Gray (I can't remember her first name) who helped with the financing was a treat. The showroom was beautiful, and the experience refreshing. We we beautifully ushered in to the lifestyle of Audi! I highly recommend this dealership. We live in The City, but the selection of Audi's here beats any dealership in SF. It is definitely worth the drive if you have to make one
