    I've been driving Jeeps, exclusively, since 1996. As a woman shopping for a newer model, I'm always reluctant to come into a showroom on my own, for fear of meeting the 'dreaded slimy salesman'. The one who thinks because I'm female, I don't know what I'm talking about, what I want, can't make up my mind, etc. Sounds archaic, but this has been my most recent experience with my last 'home' dealership (who shall be nameless but is on Rt. 10). Walking into your Beyer for the first time, I was nauseous, anticipating a gut wrenching experience, figuring I'd be losing sleep that night, walking out with my head down in defeat after endless conversation. You had both changed that all around for me. From the moment I walked in, you were absolute gentlemen, who made me feel comfortable, in fact, respected. You didn't say anything or ask me any questions to make me nervous. Actually, you had let me know about incentive programs that were available to me - that I didn't even know about! You didn't have to do that, but you did! That speaks highly of your character. My discussion with the 'big mean Finance Manager' was nothing like anything I'd experienced in the past, dare I say it was pleasant and easy? It was, to my delight. While I didn't have to ask many questions, nor did we have to discuss too much about the vehicle I wanted to buy - the Grand Cherokee had me at hello, my experiences with Jeep learned me well, and I was glad to make the sale with you. I look forward to a long relationship with Beyer. You're the kind of team that will keep me coming back, and keep me recommending you to my family, friends and colleagues. Simply because you all treated me like a human being. And for that, I thank you.

    Had a great experience with service from Steve Amodei to swap out my Wrangler top. A great program that is offered to Jeep owners who have dual tops. Thank you Steve, Aron and Tracy for making the procedure an efficient pleasant experience. I also service my Jeep at Beyer regularly and have been pleased with the service. When my lease is over I will certainly go to Steve at Beyer instead of where I leased it from.

    Bought my Jeep from Scott Chismar last week and I cannot remember ever having an experience as easy as he made it. I am always hesitant about going into car dealerships. (I have walked out of a few after being asked if I needed to ask my husband for permission.) Scott made it so easy! Very knowledgeable, no pressure, and he had me laughing the whole time. Will be seeing him for every vehicle ever in the future.

    Was in need of a car to suit the needs of my work and family. Found Beyer while looking at videos on YouTube featuring a salesman Eric who I recognized when I walked in. He was able to answer all of the questions I had about the vehicles as well as payment options. Made my experience pleasant, painless, and surprisingly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

    I was in from out of town on business and had a coolant leak. I brought my car in first thing the morning after I discovered the leak. I was seen immediately by the service department. They analyzed my issue immediately and provided me an estimate for the repair. The repair was completed the same morning and I was able to return home the same day. I was pleased with how attentive the service and sales staff were during my few hours at the dealership and the ability of the dealership to stay within its price estimate once the work was complete. I highly recommend considering this dealership for sales and service based on my experience. Thank you.
