    If you're looking to feel inspired, empowered, and confident, I have to recommend Boston Underground Strength Training and, specifically, the coaches who make this place what it is. Whether you are training for that big race, or hoping to establish some positive habits, this is a place to build a foundation and achieve your goals. I can't say enough great things about this community!

    Very supportive atmosphere, great coaches, and people who work hard. Coaches make sure your form is on point and get you to your goals. I never thought I would be where I am now if it wasn't for this strength training gym. Awesome place I highly recommend if your looking to work hard and have fun while getting stronger. You will leave feeling good every time and ready to go back. The coaches explain each exercise and help each person while still maintaining the small group camps. Very positive place and you will make great training friends along the way!

    Boston Underground Strength has fantastic trainers and coaches. I’ve been doing their strength camps since January of 2015, and I actually look forward to working out with them (and their clients)! The coaches truly care about your fitness goals. There is sincerity in their interactions with their clients, and they create an encouraging and supportive environment for coaching people of all levels and abilities. The number of participants in a strength camp is kept to a size that allows them to give you the personal attention you need to ensure your form is right to avoid injury and to help you perform at your maximum potential. The workout style, which incorporates both weights and cardio, remind of the strength and conditioning workouts directed by my college trainers years ago. Being able to incorporate weight training back into my routine is a refreshing change of pace, and I feel stronger and have more muscle definition than I have had in years. Get to the Underground!

    This place is the best! The Coaches are top of the line and can cater to all fitness needs/levels. I bought the intro pack and started out going to Strength Camps twice a week. I needed to get back in the swing of things and couldn't do it on my own. I am officially addicted and go 3 times a week. The other clients are amazing and so much fun - it's nice to have a fitness family again. Would 100% recommend Boston Underground Strength Training! Check it out.

    I go to Boston Underground Strength Training whenever I'm in Boston. It's the sort of gym I look forward to going to. There's all the equipment you need to get a great workout and it's clean and well lit. Most importantly the staff is excellent and passionate. Angel, the owner, is aways excited to help you identify your goals and coach you to achieve them. It's clear he knows his stuff and is dedicated to teaching it. If you're looking for a gym with a great atmosphere and to achieve your goals, this is the place to go. I'm looking forward to the next time I can stop in.
