I came here to have some kicker door speakers installed and ended up having a new kicker comp s box and amp installed as well. John even fixed the shitty wiring job the previous shop did. I highly recommend John and his team to pimp your ride !!!!!!!

I had my remote start installed here because I was tired of waiting for my car to warm up every morning in the cold. So many people warned me that after market items like these could permanently damage my electrical system, but that was not the case. I had this installation done 2 years ago and everything is fine. Thanks!!!

John Strano at Car Sound and Security is the best! He took mty automatic starter ot, free of cost to see what was wrong, turned out what I had installed on Rt 420 across from BJ's was refurbished and nobody at that shop mentioned it. Anyways..John, knowing the system I had in place did not carry the best reputation, he called the manufacturer, who agreed, and re-installed a new system for me FREE OF CHARGE! At anby moment, he could have said, "They discounted It For You" or "I got you a great % off" but no. He told me the truth, the manufacturer sent it to him at no cost, so he did not charge me a penny. Like I said in the review before this that was rejected for some reason or other, it will be guys like John that are able to maintain, prosper and stay in business through this tough economy. Sincerely: -Glen T Bell Jr

I recently received a Viper 5704 Security/Remote Start system for Xmas. After searching on Viper's website I noticed but one Viper certified shop in the area out of countless listed by Viper. This guy, being the only Viper certified shop in the area, was very attentive when I walked in the door and knew exactly what he needed to do...well almost exactly. His claim is that he doesn't leave until the scheduled job is done...well, he followed that to a T after taking almost 13hrs to install the system into my Ram SRT10. The issue actually had nothing to do with his expertise but rather a foul up by both Viper and Dodge who claimed to use their documentation for a regular Ram 1500 (both of which were wrong.) After being pushed around place to place he finally resorted to "old school" methods and tested each and every wire to get it installed. Once installed he called me up and I ran over (almost 10:30pm at this point) to pick it up after which he trained me on how to use it, how awesome is that! I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the job around here, I only hear horror stories.

I had set up an appointment for a Saturday that was canceled later the day of. After an email, a very pleasant John agreed to see me when he opened the next business day. Once he finished his work installing an iPod cable, he even corrected some wiring that was causing my sub not to work. When it came time to pay, he said it was on the house. Nice to see people who understand the customer and want to do the right thing. Needless to say I paid him anyway and will be back.
