Today is Fourth of July, 2015. I wish all American patriots a wonderful Independence Day! My 2003 Honda Accord sedan had transmission problem not long ago. I went to a dealer and told them the symptom I experienced with my car. The dealer service advisor immediately started preparing me for a Factory re-manufactured transmission, which costs $4,700 on parts and labor. I was hesitant to spend this much money on a 14 year old car with 160,000 miles. To find other solutions, I started reading the reviews of a few local auto repair shops. Centerville Service Center seemed to have very best reviews(I was suspicious about such good reviews at first, because there are businesses using fake people to boost their own rating online). But I decided to give them a try. So, I went to there and spoke to the owner, Ben, about my car's symptom. Ben told me the possibility of needed repairs right away. Three days later, Ben and his people fixed my car's transmission problem for less the 10% of cost than what the dealer was suggesting. I am not a relative of Ben. I am just a very satisfied customer who truly appreciate honest small business owners like Ben at Centerville Service Center. I should also mention that Dan is another caring person working at Centerville Service Center. I encourage all people to support and promote small business like Ben at Centerville Service Center, because this kind of people are true American Patriots! Action speaks louder than words! I bought a Ford E150 for traveling the states. I took it to a shop in Cincinnati that told me I needed new inner and outer tie rods, as well as lots of other work. I had Ben in Centerville take a look, and he was able to see pretty easily that the problem was actually the ball joints. Replacing the tie rods would have been a waste of money and Ben got me all set up with what I really needed. The guys in the shop are awesome....super nice and they know their shit. They're genuinely good people who do quality work without adding on unnecessary, unneeded "repairs". My van is now happily traveling the west coast thanks to these folks.

All the five-star ratings are accurate. They are very friendly, and they don't try to cheat you or pressure you or talk you into services you don't need. They explain what's going on with your car in terms that you can understand. Because their service is great, they are very busy, but even so they make an effort to accommodate your schedule.

Ben and his staff are friendly, professional and honest. This is a small business that I definitely will patronize. Highly recommended!
