My first experience with Certified Transmissions was initially with trepidation. Not knowing anything about vehicles, I felt I would end up spending several hundred of dollars. The diagnostic had to be done which was the first step and then the fear of the worst news. I was told the evaluation would take an hour and a half but after about 20minutes. They were pulling my car out of the garage. To my surprise the technician told me that my speed sensor was not plugged in which was causing my drive shift to not catch. So I basically just had to pay for the diagnostic which was under 40dollars. These guys were professional, outright honest with integrity. There is so many ways they could have played it out to milk me, but they are men or morals. I could not have found a better place to go. I highly recommend anyone with transmission problems to make sure they visit these guys. They are awesome.

I originally took my Nissan 2012 to another transmission company because of problems and they told me I needed to have the transmission tore down to be able diagnose the problem my car was having, $3100 to do this, plus they already put in another part $433.00. This new part did not fix the problem and that is when they suggested to tear down the transmission. My car had been with this first transmission company for over 2 weeks, they could not figure out what was wrong with my car. I decided to take my car to Certified Transmission for a 2nd opinion. They did an electrical diagnosis on my car and figured out what the problem was immediately without changing or adding parts. I was very thankful for their efficiency and honesty, it saved me $3100 to have that second opinion from an honest dealership. The people there were knowledgeable, friendly, they listened to me and helped fix the problem. Certified Transmission came highly recommended to me and that is why I took my car to them. Thank you so much to all of you. I highly recommend them.

Took our Mercury Mountaineer in for a transmission maintenence check I was treated fairly, they found something minor and did not charge extra for it. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone needing their transmission serviced.

The shift between gears was delayed more than normal so I took it to a mechanic; he said everything was wrong and I needed a new transmission. I then to it to the dealer I bought it from and they said nothing was wrong with it. I needed a third opinion as my 5 year warranty was about to expire which is how why I took it to CT. It was an amazingly positive experience. They gave me the information I needed to go back to the dealer and make them fix it while it was still under warranty. My car has a known issue and it would have been very easy for the guys at CT to take advantage of it, but they didn't. They are the ones I'll call when my transmission needs to be replaced.

Certified Transmission really does care about the quality of their work. They had replaced a transmission for our vehicle and two days later the alternator went out. Not knowing, at the time, what was wrong; I called Corey back and he sent one of the guys from the shop out to help me figure out what was going on. Thinking it might be the battery his guy jump started the battery and for a minute the car came back to life. Sadly, it didn't last and eventually had to be towed. I had to the tow truck company to take it to Certified Transmission. The alternator was replaced and was very affordable. The customer service is excellent and their concern for getting me back on the road as quickly as possible made it feel like they genuinely cared.
