There aren't enough characters in this review space for me to thoroughly explain how horrible Courtesy Auto Park truly is. First and foremost I want to mention the $900 documentation fee. This fee was mentioned by another person on these reviews. I want to say it again. No matter what the price of the vehicle or the means in which you pay they WILL NOT waive the $900 documentation fee. This fee applies to cars that cost $2,000 or $20,000. Think about this for a second. If you paid $2,000 for a vehicle, you would be paying 50% of the cost of your car in quote, "paperwork fees". These are bogus fees that just add to the dealerships bottom line. It has nothing to do with operating costs of the business. Do your homework and google "documentation fees". You will find loads of information explaining what I'm talking about. I was willing to pay the full sticker price of the vehicle in cash. They legally can't waive the "documentation fee" because they would be subject to a class action lawsuit and have to refund all the prior "documentation fees" they've charged to every other customer. However, they weren't willing to adjust the price of the vehicle to make the sale at what would have been full price. This place wants the sticker price and then they want to reach into your pocket and write themselves a check for an additional $900 in bogus fees. Any dealership that charges these outrageous fees should not only be put out of business, they should be prosecuted for fraud. They give every legitimate small car lot trying to do business legitimately a bad name. $900, $900, $900, $900, $900, $900 $900, $900, $900, $900, $900, $900.....I can't stress this fact enough. This fee is ridiculous and Courtesy Auto Park should be ashamed of themselves for trying to take advantage of people this way. They only need to sell 10 cars per month at $900 in "documentation fees" to make $9,000 additional dollars that month. It takes $9,000 in paperwork on only 10 cars? You be the judge if you think this is bogus if not criminal. Buyer please be aware of this. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!!!!!!! The only way to stop this fleecing of people buying cars is to stick together. Don't shop at Courtesy Auto Park and tell your friends to do the same. Please take the time to give other unknowing potential customers of Courtesy Auto Park your feedback. Don't let this company keep doing this to other people. Thanks for reading and good luck.

My wife and I have bought many cars from them. 7 to be exact. Randall and Daryl have always treated us fairly and help us get into something that we wanted. Cars are clean and have had no issues with repairs. Would recommend to anyone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. . Complete scam, they will lie to you, rob you, the most dishonest experience I have ever had at any company on the face of this earth. A bunch of crooks. The owner is nothing but a huge scammer. You have been warned. What a nightmare ! Especially watch out for the owner and Shawn Mckenny. They both lied and scammed throughout the whole process.
