    Sad to see all the negative reviews because my experience here was wonderful! I worked with Liz and tried on about 8-12 dresses the first time. She was so nice and helpful that I requested her when I came back to try on three more dresses. I ended up finding the one and am very grateful I had a great experience at David's Bridal. I went to Eva's but found they were way out of my price range, and all of their dresses were so huge on me it was difficult to picture how they would look when they were altered. The dress I got at DB fit perfectly I don't even need to have alterations! If you're looking for quality dresses under $1000, I highly recommend coming here.

    We were a walk in party, and asked when the next appiontment with a stylist (about a 20 min wait.) So our small party stayed (bride, MOH, and the mother of the bride). We picked out the dresses we wanted to try on. And waited for the appiontment. The stylist was in and out, not attentive for all but the last 10 mins that we were there.

    I placed an order over the phone and it took 20 minutes because the sales associate said their computers are ancient and really slow. I had all my information to place the order. I gave her my dress style, size, brides name etc. The next morning I checked my bank account and they double charged me. I called the store and sat on hold for 5 minutes. They were unable to help me. They gave me a phone number to call to find out what the issue with the transaction was. I called the 800 number and the extension they gave me was invalid. I called the store back and they said that is the only number they have to give me. They said they would get back to me but still have not. I called the 800 number again and pushed 0 to speak to someone. They have no record of my purchase, even though I gave them a tracking number. This company is very unorganized and their equipment is not up to date. I am currently sitting on the phone for 31:01 minutes with no resolution. They would like to take my number and call me back within 48 hours. I just want my money back and a credit for dealing with horrible customer service and unorganized or incompetent employees.

    Our sales person Jenny was beyond wonderful. Listened to what we were looking for, how fast we needed the wedding dress, and our price point. She did not pressure us and was spot on with what we wanted. Thanks Jenny and David's Bridal!

    I found my perfect dress elsewhere but purchased my maid's dresses and my junior bridesmaid dress from David's. I was planning on buying my flowergirl dress and mother's dresses and all my accessories - veil, shoes, jewelry, handbag, etc. from David's but will be looking elsewhere due to the way I was treated. Once the staff found out that I hadn't purchased my dress from them - my sales experience was over. I had an appointment to try on undergarments with my dress and the whole tone of the fitting was - sorry - we can't help you. Rude.
