Best bar I have ever been to.. it was a beautiful day me and my ex rode past and heard music... we turned around and stopped in. They had live music.. great service.. good food and an excellent choice of beers. I almost don't want to go back so I can remember my experience there as being so perfect....

Love the fish sandwich! It's at least 2 meals worth.

Stopped in for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, great beer and tasty food. Enjoyed live old-time fiddle tunes and songs. This place is a gem. I'll be back to hear more good music.

Quaint popular among locals. Very friendly with music and micro brew. Must have fish sandwich. Truly a pub, not a bar. Try it, its worth the drive.

We discovered Elwood's after hearing of a friend of a friend's band was playing: The Unknown String Band. While the bar is very small, the history and atmosphere made up for it and then some. The service was spectacular, especially considering how crowded it was. We had the pulled pork and a burger; both were outstanding. Our friends had the (enormous) fish sandwich and the wings, both of which looked amazing. We will definitely be returning, as places like this are few and far between. Good food, cheap drinks and an unparalleled atmosphere. I would highly recommend Elwood's to anyone that likes good beer, good food and good music.
