    First Bank of the Palm Beaches has been terrific to deal with in every way. They are very responsive to our needs and their people are a pleasure to deal with in our daily correspondence. I would highly recommend this bank as I have been in business for many years and we are an outside the box type of business that is typically not friendly to banking, as we don't fit in the typical banking criteria. These folks went above and beyond to understand our business and find a way to work with us. We appreciate the relationship with Chris and the others at the bank. Thank you

    I have had the pleasure of working with First Bank since 2007. When it comes to customer service, they are second to none. You can always reach someone to give you assistance, as opposed to the run around you get at the big banks. At First Bank you get a real banking relationship.

    Caperion Computing Solutions has been incredibly impressed with FBPB! They make banking easy on us, from Bill Pay to Remote Deposits. Chris, Dale and Theresa always do a great job on assisting us with any user issues that we come across. The level of customer service is unlike any we have ever experienced with the "big box" banks. You will not regret using FBPB for your personal or business banking!

    First Bank of the Palm Beaches has done me a great service in so many ways. I was always battling these big banks phone systems just to try to get a live person on the phone. I spoke to Chris one day and he said that everyone at the bank is always attended too promptly, so I decided to try them. Ever since then, my banking has been so much easier! Definitely try First Bank of the Palm Beaches to give you the local community bank service.

    First Bank of the Palm Beaches is the best bank in Palm Beach County. I have my business, personal, and three other family members with accounts here. Chris, Dale, Darlene , and Theresa provide superior service. Would recommend this bank to anyone. Switching banks is not fun or easy, but they made it worth the move without question.
