This place is awsome. It is an Urgent Care facility that can also be your PCP. I don't and wouldn't go anywhere else other than the First Stop family. They have 2 offices in Louisville one in Bedford 1 in Eminence and The Main office is in La Grange. Dr Dave is the Best and actually cares about his patients. Hopefully he will be back to his usual rotations between all facilities in January. I go to the one on Dupont and see Dr Miller at least once a month. PA Erin Riley is awsome too. Any one giving these facilities bad reviews must have been denied medication they were seeking but didn't have a legitimate need for. For Rebecca Chambers--- Don't down this place calling it a "joke" and say "Avoid at all costs" when your from "out of town" and don't deal with them on a Regular basis. Sorry you didn't get the care you expected, but If I was a Doctor with the way the laws have gotten I doubt I'd prescribe Narcotic pain meds (that has to be what you were referring to) to an out of town patient that's probably not ever going to come back. I have a Medical Background so I'm not just blowing smoke. This place has become my Primary Care Provider and I along with Many others are treated excellent by the Doctors and support staff. As far as the Kidney Stones, last time I checked (they run in my Family) an ultrasound is needed to confirm their presence. And I Know from experience that an MRI is used to Diagnose a "Slipped Disk". An X-ray has to be done to justify the MRI or even CT scans for Insurance purposes. Bottom Line, this place is just fine but they do do things by the books. Think twice before Bashing a place you know little about! And while I'm thinking about it, if you visited this location I know they didn't do any more than X-rays. CT Scans and MRI's are done at the LA Grange facility. So let's not exaggerate just cuz you or whoever didn't get your Fix!

My fiancé and I are from out of town and needed medical service because he had slipped a disk in his back. BEWARE!!! This place is a joke!!!! They let you come in take x-rays and ct scans charge your insurance company thousands and find out you have several kidneys stones in each kidney plus a slipped disk and prescribed him Tylenol. They do not prescribe pain medication is what we where told. So if you are looking for any "legitimate" pain relief avoid at all costs. This place is a joke!!!

Just watch out, this is NOT TRULY AN URGENT CARE! as far as your insurance is concerned, most plans consider it a PCP office. Which means if they are not in your network, it won't be covered. HOWEVER, with that said, I have to say that my experience was really very good as far as short waiting time and care received. They were even able to do a CAT scan to help with my diagnosis. Good technology. But unfortunately will be expensive for me--not just the Urgent Care copay I was expecting!

The absolute worst service I've ever received anywhere. My tonsils were infected really bad and they made me wait 2 hours and let 4 people go before me that got there after me! When I finally did see the doctor she took about 10 seconds to decide how to treat me, didn't run any tests or anything, didn't give me any instructions, not even about the medication. Worst of all I never got better! They didn't give me the correct treatment! I will never go back to this place!
