    To be honest, I am always apprehensive going into a car dealership - the hard sells/bargaining/etc But working with Jamie Borack and the rest of the team was phenomenal. Jamie was awesome to deal with, very knowledgeable and friendly, without being overbearing. As I haven't ever bought a new car, she took the time to explain all that I needed to know, as many times as I needed it explained (again)... Jayson in finance was also great, explaining several times the differences between the various available warranties (thanks Jayson!) I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

    I worked with Jamie who took amazing care of me. I had been driving the same car since high school (9 years), and it was time for me to get a new vehicle. A couple friends of mine had gotten Imprezzas, so I figured I'd take a look at it. I had gone to another Subaru dealer and was treated with such disdain because I wanted a car they didn't have on the lot. I was told that if I wanted a 4 door Imprezza, I was "looking for a unicorn". I got back in my car, and looked up the next closest Subaru dealer. That's how I found Grand Prix. Jamie was incredibly cordial and sincere throughout this entire transaction. The test drive was amazing and after feeling how the car glued itself to the pavement, I was sold. The interesting thing was that I never -felt- like I was being sold something by Jamie. She was very honest in everything she said to me. She helped me get an amazing deal on the car and I've already recommended a bunch of my friends go to her. Her estimate on the time it would take my car to be delivered was spot on. She said it would be 2-3 weeks since they are made in Japan, then ship to Boston, then to the dealer. It arrived at the start of the 3rd week! During this time, I had spoken to Jamal when Jamie was out for a couple days. He was also incredible nice and understanding of my questions about the car leasing process. Ted also took great care of me in getting the deal. Truly an amazing experience. and will likely be a returning customer for my next car!

    Jamie Borack is a sweetheart. Love her attitude and her professionalism. She made what was one of the worse days of my life to one of the most calming and successful. She helped us with flying colors to purchase our car. Event went above and beyond and checked up on us and made sure we we taken care of. Employees like Jamie should be awarded and be used as an example throughout the company. You cannot train kindness and love. She treated us like family and it helped made a difficult day and choice into an easy one. Her and her team are very nice and also helpful. When it comes to purchasing anything I always look at the integrity of the product and the longevity of my purchase. Today I looked at another factor, the value of customer service. Raymond Voesack is an outstanding finance rep for Grand Prix. He is honest, professional, and human. He cares for your business but more so for your comfort. Today we were closing our car and despite a long day which we thought would end up badly. But his warm smile and empathetic attitude changed the mood of the day. He is an amazing representative of Grand Prix. He understands the back end of the business and started in a different position which helped strengthen his knowledge of the warranties and policies. Trust people who actually know and been there. They will guide you fairly. Him and Jamie Borack are valued customer service reps and should be the standard for all dealerships. I don't think I would have purchased our car if it wasn't for this team. Love you guys.

    I went into this dealership not knowing a single representative or salesperson, and I feel like I came out as family. Everyone on the staff of this establishment is more than willing to make sure that you get into the vehicle you want, at the price you can afford, and do so with a smile! From our first meeting with Joe Delrossi, it was clear this was not a dealership centered on pushing cars off the lot to any buyer. He was attentive, listened to what my needs were in a vehicle that would be traveling through very snowy conditions in the future, and made sure that the Forester I had come in for had all of the capabilities I would need to be safe in Northern New York. Joe and Vinny Ortolani worked so hard to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my vehicle, at a price that would work within a US Military family's budget, all while feeling no pressure to buy or add a ton of upgrades, which was absolutely amazing!! I cannot say enough about the finance team, including Jayson Schrager, who really worked the numbers to make this deal happen! And the service department with Chris and Clinton is aces, fixing a few minor cosmetic issues with the vehicle we purchased off the lot within days and offering me a courtesy car until it was finished. I have never had as positive or as straightforward a car buying experience with a dealership as I did at Grand Prix, even as an owner of other Subarus, and I will certainly be coming back to this dealership in the future!     My wife and I met with Jamie Borack to lease a Subaru Forester. We had a limited amount of time available. Jamie was fun, knowledgeable and organized, and the whole deal went smoothly. She even picked me up at the train station as we did not have a vehicle locally. The entire staff was very friendly, and we really enjoyed working with Jamie in sales and Jenna in finance. I would highly recommend Grand Prix and Jamie Borack. Jamie's manager Ted Hanlon was also very helpful and friendly. Go see these people if you are looking for a good deal on a great car!
