I have never experienced bread like Great Harvest Bread's. Every bite of this bread is a unique and totally sublime experience. And it's not just one variety. Every bake has the consistency of a heavenly cloud composed of God's tears (which are tears of happiness because He's delighted that humans came so close to his Perfection). And the flavors are seriously unreal. Plus, when you sample their breads, the sample is probably enough to feed a small Ethiopian village. Go. Try it. Love it.

When I'm REALLY hungry and I want a perfect lunch I go here. I get the tuna sandwich with lettuce on grain bread. (don't remember how many grains, but it's delicious) I know when I take a friend there for lunch they will be surprised and happy by the quality and simplicity of a good lunch.

Mmm Mmm Good! Love all of it but my absolute favorite are the scones... particularly the lemon scones. Oh, man, my mouth is watering just typing that. And owner Dan is the best. Great local Ann Arbor business.

Wow, yes, I loooooooove their goodies :) A bit sweet (almond turnover), but excellent with coffee! Can't wait to take a bite out of the honey bread :)

I love this place: fresh bread, friendly service, and free tastes! If you're visiting friends or family in Ann Arbor, pick up a loaf and bring it over. It is NEVER a bad gift to bring as a guest. The thing that is challenging is deciding which loaf you'd be willing to part with and share.... Guinness Cheddar, Potato Chive, Irish Soda, and Cinnamon Sugar are at the top of my list, but I've really never had any bread from there that I didn't want at least a second piece.
