    I bought my 2014 Buick enclave in December (I was a little reluctant since I was coming from a Mercedes ML, which has outstanding service) but the price was a huge factor and the enclave was and still is quite impressive. However, the service offered at King O'Rourke is less than stellar... I just called for an oil change and was told I can have an apt for 10/30... that's 3 weeks from now.. my oil is at 16% and the service rep could not tell me if I am covered if it goes below 0% before my appointment. He told me to hold on (as if he was asking someone) and then I hear ringing, he transferred me to someone's voicemail... This is the 2nd time I've had to bring my vehicle in for service and the 2nd time I'm highly dissatisfied... I will not be going back to this dealership for a car again that's for sure!

    Worked with Marc Birthwright on a new Escalade. He made the process virtually seamless, painless, etc. I would most certainly recommend him to others. The service was outstanding and by far the best car buying experience I've had. He's a true professional.
