    Couldn't ask for a nicer staff! Drove form VA to look at a Jeep. Sean and Jeff were the best! Worked hard w/me and my wife to make sure we drove away in that Jeep. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Would drive from VA to do business with again with no problem! Thanks everyone there for all the hard work you did and your courtesy

    Several mixed reviews here and they are all true in essence. Of course the sales team is nice because they want you to buy a new Benz and I personally had the pleasure to deal with Mr. John Hesch when leasing my 2013 C250 which I love. The problem with Leith is that they charge exorbitant amounts for servicing if you run out of the prepaid service for Mercedes since they don't give factory warranty. I scheduled for 40K miles service for my Benz and not knowing my pre-paid service warranty they sold me at the time of my leasing had expired which, I thought it was covering my entire 45K mile lease period. When I went in they did not tell me my prepaid service has run out and they took the car to do oil change, added break fluid and some vague acclaimed visual point inspections and slapped me with $569. The service guy said he knew my prepaid service had run out but did not tell me ahead that the service won't be covered. He went on to tell me their services are discounted else they will be astronomical. Astronomical my ass for oil changes. Of course they are there to make money and make money at the backs of middle class folks who want to drive the Benzes and the BMWs with their over priced services. So buyers beware.

    I recently purchased a used vehicle from Leith Mercedes-Benz. The salesman Jeff was very nice and knowledgeable. However, the sales manager was not so nice. My vehicle I purchased had scratches on it and I was presented with an "I owe you" stating they would fix the scratches on the front and back. They had my vehicle for two days, when I went to go and pick my vehicle up, only one set of the scratches was fixed. The others were just touched up. We had to speak to the sales manager and he agreed to fix it. My vehicle was suppose to be fixed the next day, a Friday. However for some reason they could not get to it. I was presented with a loaner vehicle, great I thought, I can get my errands ran. Nope, I was called and told to bring the loaner back. Since I didn't purchase a Mercedes, then I couldn't get a loaner Mercedes. Took it back, got my car that had not been fixed yet. On Monday the salesman picked my vehicle up and got it fixed. It took a week to get scratches fixed and repaired. If that was not enough, I took my car to get it checked out. I was told by the service at the car dealership that the brakes on my car was causing the squealing I was hearing and the shaking in my wheel was caused by the brakes on the car not being the proper name brand and it was rubbing my rotors and causing them to warp my rotors everytime I apply the brakes. They stated the brakes were to rough for my car. I called Jeff and told him what the dealership told me. He told me he had to talk to someone and he would call me back. Needless to say he called me back and told me they would do nothing cause my vehicle passed the brake and rotor inspection. I had to pay 250.00 to have new brake pads and my rotors resurfaced, and my car is still under the dealerships 1,000 mile or 30 day warranty. The salesman was nice, but whoever he had to talk to cared nothing about me, my business, or all the inconvenience they have caused me since I have purchased my vehicle from Leith Mercedes Benz. Be careful if you purchase a used vehicle from Leith, the service after you sign is slim to none!!!!

    Eric Oliver was my salesperson and was very knowledgeable about the Mercedes Brand. I appreciate that he was not pushy and let me take as much time as I needed to make a decision. He made my purchasing experience flawless and was very cognizant of my time. I was in and out in no time and I absolutely LOVE my car!!!! This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Customer service is a big thing with me and Leith Mercedes exceeded my expectations, from sales to financing everyone was customer focused and very professional. Thanks for everything!
