I went in and my salesman was Chris Kulis. He was very nice and patient with me. He was not pushy at all! Which is a nice change because other salesman can be very pushy. We also met with a manager named John who was also nice. It was a great experience overall.

We had an excellent experience with Leith Lincoln. Our sales person was David St Louis. He was very patient, answered all of our questions, took on 2 test drives. They were also very easy to deal with. We would recommend going to this dealership.

I went to Leith Lincoln at 5601 Capital Blvd Raleigh, NC 27616 this evening. I have a 2011 Ford Mustang that I was hoping to trade for a 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 truck. I met with David, who was very pleasant. We took a test drive and he asked me how much I wanted for my Mustang. I gave him a price and he said that he would fight for me to get that. He also told me that Mustangs are very desirable cars and that his dealership wanted my Mustang. He also told me that it was the end of the month and that he should be able to lower the price of the GMC Sierra. Once we got back to the dealer, David took my car for a drive to provide an estimate for my trade in. He said that my car was physically and mechanically in great condition. He sounded confident that he would be able to offer me a good price for my trade-in. Then David spoke to John, the general manager. The story changed dramatically. David told me that my car would be hard to sell since Mustangs are a dime a dozen and since it was a manual transmission it would be even harder. They offered me a dollar amount that was in the "fair condition" range and about $6000 less than what my car should have been valued at. He said that the carfax report showed that my vehicle had been in an accident a month ago, which was news to me. I asked why that mattered and he said that they would not be able to sell the Mustang for the full amount and might have to take it to a wholesale auction. I feel that I was lied to and led on so that they could get me to finance more through their lenders. Your experience may vary, but this is my end to doing business with Leith.

We just purchased a 2012 MKZ Hybrid from Walter Cherry and were VERY satisfied with the experience. He, along with John Proctor, made the experience a great one. No high pressure selling at all. They gave us all the information we could want and made a great deal without any hassle. I would definitely recommend Walter to anyone considering a new Lincoln product.
