Lida Travel agency is the right choice for you. last year late December I needed a ticket and I was running out of time. I had to be in Kabul by a specific deadline. I went to the websites and made some phone calls to book my tickets on time but I was not able to do so. Therefore I started asking my friends to help me find a travel agent who could perhaps help me. Luckily I found Ms.Lida and contacted her and explained my situation. She called me in and smiled and put a few flying routs and airline options to chose from. It was unbelievable to find out she not only could book tickets for me so i could get to Kabul on time but also picked me the best option. I would love to come again and again to your office Ms.Lida to book my tickets. Lida was very good. I wanted to go to Fiji and Australia and she found me the cheapest price for me and my family. Lida went above and beyond. One of our flights got cancelled and that messed up all our connecting flights. I e-mailed Lida and she did everything she could to book me on another flight. Turns out the airline came through but it was nice to know I could count on her. Just a tip. Lida tried to talk me out of getting the multiple airlines thing to get the cheapest price. I wish I had listened to her advice because when you go on more than one carrier the other carriers don't really respect another carriers problems. She predicted that would happen and it actually did. Thank goodness I had travel insurance to back me up. I would definitely use her again but the next time I'll take her professional advice and spend a little more in order to avoid problems.

Lida Travel gets you places that no other agency or internet site can - and it does an incredible job at it! I have been working with Lida Travel since 1998 to arrange travel for large groups (15+) to Mongolia - back in the 90s there was no other ticket seller who could even access the Mongolian market. Lida Travel was and remains the best, the safest, and the most knowledgeable agent when it comes to travel to Mongolia ... I still recall the time I was late to the airport in Detroit, missed my flight to Beijing and the connection to Ulaanbaatar - I got Lida on the phone and she re-arranged my flight plans for the next day in minutes - now, that is not only good service but real skill as well! I have been, and still am greatly very impressed with this travel agent!

Lida was super gracious with her time on working on making my travel arrangements. She was attentive to all my requests, as my travel selection included 6 different international locations. Each needing flight, transportation, and hotel reservations. She was very easy to work with. I am back from my trip, and everything was exceptional. I even had a couple questions along the way, and she was responsive!! I would definitely recommend her for any travel needs!!!
