In May 2005 Luigi's made my three tier heart shape bungalow cake. for my wedding. Years later, our guests still compliment that how amazing everything was especially the cake. A few times every year for our anniversary and holidays, we have them make us a heart shape bungalow cake and pasta dinners. They are amazing. Everything that they make is phenomenal. Thanks to John and the rest of the staff for the great jobs they do and the unbelievable quality that goes into everything that they make. If there was a category above excellent, they should get it. Thanks again for everything. ED

I have gone to Luigi's for every occasion that needs pastries and cake, they have never let me down. The quality is excellent, I will never go to another bakery as long as I live here.

When I first moved to Bridgeport 6 years ago I loved Luigi's, their cakes and baked goods were exceptional. However lately their cakes have been deplorable and their customer service was lacking. I once ordered a strawberry shortcake and was told that it would cost extra to include strawberries on the cake, ridiculous! More recently I ordered a twenty serving German chocolate fudge cake, and it was covered in grocery store coconut frosting and had no fudge. When I tasted it I was so embarrassed that I had to serve it to my guests. They seem to have no talent at making cakes, and I will never go there again. Good Bye Luigi!

I just called the bakery to ask about foundat flowers and the girl that answer had the nastiest attitude towards me. She was udderly sarcastic. Sorry Luigis you just lost another customer. Either hire a friendlier staff our you are going to be out of business soon.
