Monty's Safety Lane

I wish I could say good things too, but they have Ieft me no choice but to leave my first negative online review. I made an appointment for a Friday at 2 o'clock. I arrived at 1:50pm and was greeted with a sarcastic, "Can I help you?" as if there was no plausible reason for me to be there. I told him that I had an appointment made and was then informed that they were unable to keep my appointment for a simple mirror replacement and inspection. I first I thought, OK I can let this one side, because mention was made of me getting some type of future priority when it comes to appointments. I called them few days later to reschedule and they could not have cared less about screwing me the last time. It literally made no difference whatsoever. If they had to cancel my appointment they could have at least had the decency to call me and let me know. But no, I drive all the way up there just to get attitude and turned away. I'd take my car elsewhere if I were you.

We have been going to Monty's for over 20 years. They are fabulous! They have taken care of our Toyata Cilica, 2 Corollas, a Ford Tauras and a small fleet of kids cars over the years. I just bought a '99 Ford Ranger and my first stop was Monty's to get it all checked out. In addition to my inspection and the brakes I knew I needed, they took a look at the non-functioning cruise control. They told me about a recall on Ford truck cc switch --It is a fire hazard and has led to numerous house fires--and they installed a new switch. I would have never known with out them! I would recomend this shop to anyone, they have always gone above and beyond for us and always at a fair price.

Everyone at Monty's is the absolute best. They are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely reasonable. I would never take a car of mine anywhere else. They sure now how to get the job done and with the best service I have ever had!

After we moved to Grandview we were in need of a repair shop. I'm so glad I chose these guys. They are just wonderful and are fair on the prices.

I had a really strange problem with my car that no one could figure out. Then I took my car to Monty's Safety Lane and they found the problem in the first 15 minutes and fixed it cheap! I wish I found them earlier!
