    Customer service is pretty poor. Had to return a pair of boots that I bought, took home, wore around the house and were not comfortable. Lady at the front gave me a really hard time, said they had to be new, found a couple of tiny scuffs on the instep and didn't want to take them back. Eventually she did, but I sure won't be back. A Denver PD officer I see at work warned me that he doesn't go there any more because of poor customer service, now I see why. I was there for 45 minutes trying on boots in the first place and nobody came up to see if I needed help. Maybe since they let anyone and everyone go through their stock of footwear is why things could be scuffed?

    Ordered a blue gun that they said was in stock, about a week later received a email saying they were out of stock and that it would take about 20 days to come in stock so I waited. 20 days later nothing no blue gun, no email, no phone call. responded to the email and asked for my refund received email response that said it would take up to 72 hours for my refund 1 week later no refund called them and they were extremely rude on the phone kept putting me on hold and hung up on me twice. they couldn't even look up my order number kept calling back kept getting the run around and extreme attitude. its been about 50 days no refund.

    Not a good first impression. A lot of confusion in store over a simple pant-stripe job. No attempt to make good or apologies for the confusion.

    Staff was very helpful. Made shopping easy and hassle free. When I was not sure about an item she knew the information. So i could get that item and order it.
