Grand Master Johnson is very friendly and respectful, my son loves her. When inquiring about signing my son up for more classes she told me "This is my business, but I don't want it to be about business." Master Sim is really great with kids and plays fun music to get them pumped up. Students are expected and taught to be respectful and follow the rules. My son has a short attention span, but I feel that it has improved since he starting attending NATA. His teacher recently told me that he is listening better in class! Kids get a lot of attention as they are broken up into small groups (according to skill levels) with their own instructor. Great place!

If you want a true Taekwondo training experience look no further. I have been training at this school since 2008 and it has become a true second home to me. I still remember the first day of class feeling nervous but as soon as you step foot in the Dojan everyone makes you feel like you belong, not a stranger. You will be pushed to your limit both physically and mentally while training here and excel much more than you thought you ever could. If nothing else you can always stop by the Dojan and just watch a training session to see if this is the place for you, that’s what I did and I have been training here ever since. I went from being a white belt who was shy and out of shape to being in the best shape of my life and about to test for my Blackbelt this Sunday. Take my word for it and at least check this place out!!!!!

We have been a member here for about 8 months. We love the instruction for the kids and the specialized attention our daughter receives with some special needs, not only in class but the Grandmaster is genuinely interested and participates in the growth and respect aspect the kids need to advance up through the taekwondo belts. Each belt test is followed by a short interview with the parents checking on the students behavior both at home and in school. I highly recommend the classes for kids!

My 4 year old son started Taekwondo here a few months ago and he loves it. We like the flexibility of being able to come up to 4 times a week for the same price. Other schools we looked at only had one class a week. After a general warm up they break into groups of similar skill levels and get instruction that is almost always one on one or one on two. They are constantly changing to keep the kids interested and in almost 3 months my son is always excited to go. Highly recommended.

Best place to learn the martial arts. I learned Taekwondo in Buffalo before and started again when I moved to Michigan but this place is definitely better than the other places. People are nice and they train you based on your expectation. It's either becoming a master on Taekwondo or just have fun and exercise by learning the martial art. Either way, I highly recommend this place.
