This is a clean, well-run store with great service. Alex in the grooming salon is spectacular. When I came to pick up my Newfie, she was on the floor petting her with one hand and brushing with the other - with a smile on her face bc she just loves dogs. Couldn't ask for more!

I've purchased sifting cat litter bags there on sale, they were more expensive than Amazon and were way too small for the average sized litter box. My dog has been getting regular baths there. I've found out recently from an invoice that they've been overcharging us for the service this whole time, I called to check 2 other Petsmarts to see what it would cost and their prices were consistently cheaper because this Petsmart put in the wrong breed. Also, more importantly, in the bath package you are supposed to get a nail clipping every time, that's what you pay for, and I had been overpaying for, but they don't do it but once a month. I used to groom my own dog til he got a bit bigger because of my hip problems, so I know that if it's something I could've done myself, they definitely should've but didn't. Then, not only that, a groomer there had my dog as the last client of her shift and rushed through the bath, didn't rinse the soap off my dog enough. That was Wed. 12/31/14, he leaked pee around the house Thursday and Friday then early Saturday we took him to the vet who said he likely got a UTI from it because he is an indoor pet who only goes outside to use the bathroom. Plus if he just got a bath, there should be no risk of infection, the fact that there was was a red flag. Petsmart wouldn't cover the vet bill and medications required to treat my dog for their mistakes. It was $250. So, if you're willing to risk money and time and your pet's health then go to this Petsmart, if not, I would suggest another one or another store all together.

The doctors and front desk staff are extremely incompetent!!! They give you one price over the phone and when you come in it's another price which is twice as much and when we asked about the wellness program once again we were told one thing and then charged a much higher price and not all of the services promised were in the program! Find a great vet don't waste your time or money here.

I brought my dog here for a bath and nail trimming. The cost is very reasonable. Had I knew it sooner, I wouldn't have to wait this long :) It took them about 2 hours before they call me to come pick her up. It didn't hurt that it's right next to Marshall either, maybe I'll do a little shopping next door the next time I drop her there.

First, I was condescended to by one of the staff when I started asking questions about toxicity of a flea spray they carried for small animals. Their answer was "Take the mouse to a vet!". Second, I was picking out a pet for my daughter and was bitten hard by a rat. I didn't panic, but the manager shuffled me quickly into a back room (I guess so the other customers wouldn't see all the blood/besmirch the store's reputation) and then quickly shoved Health Dept. paperwork at me to sign (I later found out the rat was euthanized and tested for rabies), and scurried away without once asking "Are you ok?" or saying "sorry." I don't like being condescended to and treated like that and I will not be back. PetCo has staff that are much friendlier and don't treat you like an annoyance.
