Come for the Foto Bar and upstairs museum. Be careful when you shop, though! The film selection only included color and mono with white frames - plenty of stores have a better selection! The staff wasn't knowledgable about what they had or where and miscalculated the price of sale items. Catch a photo in the life size frame, see the exhibits upstairs, and then order online.

l came across this store/ museum on vacation this year at the end of September. The issue of vintage polaroid cameras and lack of film availability has been close to my heart for years. So needless to say how wonderful it was to see Polaroid before my eyes and coming back to life. Lots of gifts to buy, get your pic taken old school style and visit the Warhol photo exhibit upstairs! The Staff was very helpful and I will be sure to go back on my next trip!

luckily for them they have a unique product because if I could have gotten it somewhere else I would have! Awful customer service! they gave us our $200 worth of purchases in clear plastic sheets that the clerk herself said they taped together because they don't have bags big enough for their merchandise! the 2 male employees on shift spent damn near the entire hour and a half I was their flirting with 2 girls that never bought anything while I was in the store and completely ignored the paying customers, myself and my friend, who had to interrupt them to get some service. with an almost empty store this is the worst service I could possibly imagine. the cashier couldn't do basic math and subtract 50 from 100 she kept insisting it was 40 and had to get a calculator to are that we were right. will never be going back!

These people won't answer the phone to address a defective product. Customer service is innaccessible. I will never buy there again.... especially because other stores are VERY hard to find elsewhere.

woah! this place is cool. Very cool picture frames and old polaroid stuff.. they have a museum upstairs which is also very very cool. The service I encountered was very friendly and knowledgeable. It is right off the Linq so it tends to be pretty busy in that stretch. The store was a little un-kept, but there were a lot of people in there. I think that this is something that is worth experiencing, given all that polaroid has down for photography. I would definitely go back... maybe next time Ill stay a bit longer and purchase a few things - the price point was not bad at all.
