I'm extremely pleased with the experience and opportunities my son has each and every day at Providence children's academy. it is a joy to drop my child off in the morning and watch him go on his merry way with a smile!. on the car ride home, he tells me every detail of his day and is full of excitement and wonder!

MY 4YR CHILD LOVES THIS PLACE, AND SO DO WE AS A FAMILY! I'm confused about Diane's wrongful accusations twds. the academy. I can only say to Tom's defense(as a parent of a child currently attending there) that it's not like that at all… As for the spiel portion of it, well, yes, it's somewhat correct(in a not so negative manner), but it is "his family's" business and obviously the point of owning a business is selling what it offers. Tom is actually a sweet guy, and based on Diane's "comment's DATE" of August, it's the start of a new school year, clearly one does not expect for administration to memorize a child's name along with 200+ more kids that are actively enrolling daily, it's just not possible! As for your child getting sick, well, I am sorry for that, my child has p/up a thing or two there as well as my elementary, middle and high schoolers do at their school due to that their surrounded by other children who are sick. The purpose of the "antibacterial floor padding" is not to "eliminate" germs as she made it out to be, but to reduce the amount by having a spreading preventive flooring allowing the germs/bacteria not to continue breeding, hence preventing a wide spread of germs. As for Tom being on your case for money payment.., the only thing that comes to mind is, PAY YOUR BILL, simple as that. If one does have a problem where they get into a financial difficulty as many have, make arrangements to avoid "collections harassment", he "will" accommodate, I know this for sure 100%!! One can't guess another's situation, do not assume one will automatically know, seems more like avoiding payment. Yes, Donna is very sweet & involved with the children, for this his her passion, and Tom, being the loving husband he is helped her make her dream come true by opening up the center. & yes, Tom is no so much involved with the children, you are right in a way, but someone needs to run the HR, accounts payable/receivable, administration, and expansion of the operating business, and again this was for Donna and he backs her up 100% because he's there as early as 8am and leaves after 6pm! Tom is not unprofessional at all by any means, my child "feels the need" to hug him and Donna & adm. after hugging both of her "very involved" teachers EVERY DAY my child attends!! I don't know if you actually had a child(ren) enrolled in this school or if you are the competition speaking negative to scare off people from joining. Still, every parent has a choice to make in the best interest of their child(ren)'s needs and wants and believe you me, they will know. On another note, many children have different needs there including religions…, and let me tell you, I definitely had an opportunity to enroll my child at a different school with our religion that would meet our needs as well and at a lesser rate, but I am so glad I gave Providence Academy the chance. My child's teachers are AMAZING!!! They both have accommodated my child and one other of the same religion, not to mention that my child has learned soooo much, she's writing and I'm just at awe at how much my child is learning! & definitely the live video streaming is GREAT! I am beyond happy with this school, so happy that I am trying to see if I can be part of their team in the future. PS: as far as tuition, it's actually is very reasonable, my child came from Mary Help of Christian and that's expensive considering VPK & time & day coverage!

My daughter goes here and Ok so yes the other review is right in that this place is clean and they have video cameras...that's the only good part about the daycare. Before my daughter started here the owner Tom gave me a long spiel on how he is seeking perfection in his daycare and how they value parent involvement, they have antibacterial floors(my daughter has gotten sick regardless of this), video cameras, fingerprint entry etc..and that is all well and good...here's where the problem is.. Tom and Donna own this daycare, Donna is fantastic and accommodating. The fact is that Tom is very unprofessional. He still doesn't know my daughters name..when picking her up in the afternoon he has directed me to the wrong room several times. He knows absolutely zero about the kids in his daycare, rather he is so focused on collected daycare tuition that he comes across as offensive. He has stopped me several times to ask about tuition payments after I had already paid! I have heard him say regarding tuition many times "it is what it is, i have bills to pay". He actually quoted me a cheaper rate for tuition, then when i went to enroll my daughter he quoted a higher rate. This man may have early alzheimers or something because he can't remember anything from names, to tuition, to where even your child is located in the school. When asking Tom about my daughter, he directs me to his wife and says "thats her department, I don't deal with the kids". That struck me as very odd, if this is your daycare wouldn't you want to know the kids enrolled In it? Also I don't know my Daughters teachers..there is absolutely no communication between the teachers and the parents..thank god for the video cameras or i would have no idea what she was doing all day. They also require you to buy these t shirts with their daycare logo on the front..great for their advertising but costly to parents..
