    That was the most terrible experience iv ever had in an emergency room. I was haveing chest pain, and the nurses were talking about a party they were going to have, and the language they were useing was very vulgar. I have had a pacemaker put in and my heart was acting funny. They didn't even call my cardiologist. They almost forgotten to take out my IV when i was being discharged. I had to tell the nurse she forgot it, and she got an attitude with me about it like it was my fault. Its 2:43 4/16/15. I will never go back, and wouldn't recommend anyone, or there dog to go to this joke of a hospital.

    The only thing going for this hospital is there is not extreme wait times like JMCGH but that's because of how insane and bad this hospital is!!! Horrible attitude from the nurse I had, she was rude and made unnecessary comments. Two they didn't even do anything to me besides a shot and my bill was over $1500. I had gone to JMCGH before going there, they did all my lab work but I had waited 4 hours that night & still had a 3-4 wait while in pain, so I left and went to the Regional, I was in a room in less than 10 minutes, but how is it that all they did was get my results from General & give me a shot explain to me why my bill with general was only $400. Then I tried to make payment arrangements with regional and they supposedly put me in their assistance program for patients without insurance... so my bill was only $350 I tried to make payment arrangements with them and what I could afford was not good enough so they sent it to collections. I was fine with it because the collections agency is letting me pay monthly affordable payments with them.. Now I got a new collections agency saying I owe regional over $1200 and it was billed from a different part of the hospital! After repeatedly calling the hospital and no one could even give me a number to contact the other billing dept. Hell I almost thought it was a scam for a minute!! Because no one at the hospital could tell me anything, they weren't even showing I owed it!! But even after I talked to the correct billing dept and told them I had done their assistance program they only told me well its out of our hands now!! Not to mention they are saying they sent me 3 bills from them and they had my correct address and I never even received any of those bills!! Had I, then I would've done something about it then since this was the beginning of March and I am just now getting this collections bill. THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITAL in Jackson, TN. Expensive, rude, unhelpful, and above all STUPID!

    They hang up or have very faulty phone lines or incompetent people answering the phones. I lost connection 5 times in a row trying to talk to somebody about my mother. The main receptionist even said she would stay on the line until I was connected with someone and still got disconnected!! My first experience with this hospital does not make me want to spend any time there.

    Had a total hip replacement at Regional. EVERYONE was wonderful. Nurses, Aides, Therapist, Hospitalist and even the lady who brought my food were all very competent, kind, and responsive. I can not say enough positive things about my experience. Additional, all were very vigilant in applying hand sanitizer entering and leaving my room.

    I came in with abdomen pain. Seeing as I may be having a miscarriage and I am considered high risk they would seem to have a little more concern. Well... I got to the back fairly quick. My nurse had a pleasant beside manner but when my doctor came in he had very little to none. I have been asking for the same warm blanket for an hour now!.. I have DDD so the cold really bothers my spine. And yes I did say have. They're making me feel so uncomfortable and unattended to that I even had time to write this review and no one still has made it back in.... My last visit was soooo pleasant but this one is terrible. My mom brought me here instead of Jackson general where I have been and never again will I come.
