    It is clear that the ladies of Revolution can make any place a home for their studio. Whether the carriage house or there new studio at 1716 Main St. the Revolution Team knows how to create a warm, welcoming, friendly, and motivating environment for their clients. The location on Main St. is beautiful, the building has Buffalo charm, and the Revolution team has quickly made it their own. It is clean, spacious, and inviting. The off street parking, located at the side of the building, has plenty of parking spots. It is clear that the Revolution team has a passion and is aiming to inspire and motivate the Buffalo community. I look forward to many more workouts at Revolution!

    Love this place! So glad I decided to try Revolution. From the Carriage House to 1716 Main St, as soon as you walk in you'll feel right at home. Everyone is so welcoming and they really work hard to make every visit, every class personable. Classes are challenging but so much fun, which can only mean that the instructors are great! :) 1716 Main makes for a beautiful studio with high ceilings, great lighting, a huge amount of space, and so much charm (and off street parking!!). So glad we have this place in the 716!

    Revolution provides not only an incredible workout but an accepting and motivating environment to anyone that walks through their doors. I have never felt more comfortable at a gym or with instructors before. Not only are they knowledgeable about the workouts and your safety, but they work with any fitness level you are at and there are classes and opportunities to get better at a pace you are comfortable with. There is an abundance of support with everyone that attends Revolution as well. You walk in not knowing anyone and walk out creating great friendships and relationships with people from all over WNY. The class times are so convenient for the working professional and the team at Revolution is constantly trying to add more classes to help make fitness an easy part of your lifestyle. The prices they offer for their classes are excellent and the workout is amazing. They support their local community, give back and go above and beyond for their clients no matter what type of fitness background you have.

    I'm brand new to the spinning/cycling world. The crew at Revolution make newcomers feel extremely welcome. They are there to help you get the best workout possible. The studio has high ceilings and is very spacious. It truly gives you that "let's get this workout going" feel as soon as you enter. I hardly sweat when I work out normally. Revolution has changed that. You are going to sweat! Go here!

    I'm proud to be a member of the Rev community! Amanda, Colleen, and Rachel have created an incredible studio that has become my second home. The combination of spin, TRX, awesome music and a team of dedicated instructors ensures a fun yet challenging workout every time. The smaller class sizes allow a very personalized experience for every member at Revolution. Even though most classes are fast paced- exercises are always demonstrated and modifications are often given for those unable to perform certain moves. Not only are the instructors motivating me every step of the way, but fellow RevClassmates are always inspiring me and help encourage me to reach my goals. It doesn't matter if I've had my butt kicked climbing up the toughest hill of my week at 7pm after a long day, or if I've done countless minutes of planks at 6am on a Friday morning- I'm always smiling on my way out the door.
