I was cheated and duped by this hotel. I made a reservation with them and due to some change in plans had to cancel the reservation. Their policy is before 72 hours. I cancelled it 4 days in advance & still they charged me the full amount on my credit card. I feel so terrible and cheated. After I spoke with them, I was told that now nothing could be done and the lady Kaniye she hung up on me as if she is doing some favor. This is madness. I will never go in there and never going to suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.

Spent three days camping and really needed some comforts so searched on my iphone to find an inexpensive room for the night. It was already nearly 6pm and I wanted to support a local place instead of a chain. Found this place and did a drive-by. It looked ok from the outside, nothing fancy but not dumpy looking either. Stayed in cute, rustic-looking room. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Great deal and even better deal on rates if you are AAA member. Will stay there again for sure.

Extremely poor customer service. I made a reservation for a cottage for two nights, and was told upfront that if I were to cancel I would need to call 24 hours in advance. I asked for clarification, since the usual is 2-3 days in advance but I was assured that it was 24 hours. I ended up having to cancel my reservation due to family emergencies and not being able to take the trip I was expecting- but I was met with resistance and they kept insisting it was 72 hours, not 24 hours. Would not listen to reason, and scoffed when I said that I no longer wanted the room. I was hung up on, and when I called back I was told that I could cancel the reservation- but would still be charged one nights stay. If I were to put a stop-payment, they would sue me. So, I canceled the room and they charged me- even though I called 24 hours in advance like I was told. I will admit I lost my cool at a couple of points during the conversation- but I was very upset that I was told one thing, then it was flipped and I was being told a different thing come cancellation- due to unforeseen family emergencies. I don't personally know what the Inn is like, but based on this horrific customer service experience I never plan on staying here- regardless of the "cottages" or locale- and plan on telling friends and family to avoid.

What I expected for a cheap hotel. Centrally located but the road noise kept me up
