I went bowling for the first time yesterday, and the staff was simply awful. They looked down on me. They made me feel really uncomfortable and treated me like an amateur (which I am but there is no reason to be that way). They would not stop staring at me and I felt they were being really passive aggressive about my amateurism. When I asked about the leagues they insisted that they were not for me and when I asked for a job application thy looked at me like I was crazy. When I went to pay I was shocked when I was short $1 that he threatened to call the cops and called me a felon and told me I should be put in cuffs. They acted like one big click and it was truly disgusting. The man that worked the counter who wears the glasses and gives you the shoes is sarcastic, disrespectful, and especially rude, beware of him. I understand the aggravation with my inability to pay fully but he really treated me like shit to a degree I was not sure was possible and really got on his soapbox and would not get off. If you want to go somewhere for a seasoned bowler who does not mind being treated poorly by staff members and talked down to alongside pay ridiculous fees AND expect to give a tip, I would recommend this place because that's all I got out of it. The man with the glasses was really really deep into his feelings.. This place was everything I was afraid of when I decided I wanted to take up bowling as a hobby, they were not personable. This is one of the worst experiences I've had in a while and I will be sure to tell all my friends to not come here because they were downright awful. I would not recommend to anybody and they do not deserve your money.

I just had my son first birthday party here on Saturday and I must say I loved it. All the staff were very kind. They made the bar none smoking for him. They let me stay an extra hour and the service in general was excellent. Thank you show me lanes for a great experience. I will be back very soon.

I attempted to use the facility but found a league occurring which is understandable. The person operating the counter told me when to return to be able to bowl so I did, when I returned I was informed by a different desk operator I would need a reservation and no lanes were available. The bowling alley could of informed me of this earlier and I would of made a reservation or not wasted my time making a return trip. I won't be back.

Horrible experience. Staff was rude, which turned out to be a huge problem, since we had to go ask twice for the balls to be returned. Which we only had to do because the lanes were so oily that the balls got slippery and ended up just spinning somewhere in the ball return. Someone mentioned in their review that the place is "not for kids"... atmosphere aside, if you do bring your kids, make sure they have their own ball. There were maybe two or three house balls that were under 10 pounds or less, and only a handful of 12-pound balls. Most were 14 or 16, and drilled for folks with very large hands. We bowled one game and left. It was our first time there, and will also be our last.
