I've taken my car here a couple of times to get it serviced and there is always something wrong when I pick up the car. From scratches, to the remote-starter left disconnected, and to make matters worse, they fully deny any wrongdoing. You know things are bad when the manager, Dave Bartoli, denies he's the manager and runs to his office. As soon as you step through the door, they see a walking dollar sign. When I told them about the remote-starter, Sean Murray, told me everything was fine and that it was the remote (which he placed in a "new" battery) which was the problem. He tried get me a new one for $120. I checked the car and they did reconnect the remote-starter as the blue light was now on. With my 2nd remote, it did turn on. Add to that charging $500 for new brakes and $300 to add freon. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

From my initial browse on the web, to driving out of the dealership with my new car, Smithtown Toyota's sales staff made my purchase as smooth and easy as one could hope for. Paul Verandas and Kerri Cordova treated me like family. From start to finish there was no hard sell. The sales personnel at Smithtown have at least 8 years experience per person selling Toyotas. All my questions were answered quickly and accurately. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Smithtown for your new or used car. You won't be sorry.

5/19/2015 This dealer is very much deserving of 5 stars. I had paid 3 visits to this location. All of the members of the staff that I had interacted with were welcoming, respectful and professional. I did not feel like just a number to the dealer. I appreciate the long hours and availability of the staff. The staff is very hard working. I purchased a 2013 Corolla. I researched prices from other dealers, sites such as Kelly Blue Book and CarMax and this dealer had the lowest price and the best quality. My salesman, Rich Milano, bent over backwards to get me a the best deal he could. I could not of asked for a better experience and transaction at Smithtown Toyota. Thank you, Rich, for being patient, courteous and truthful and at all times with me. God bless. *Edit* I've noticed that all the 1 and 2 star reviews are directed towards the Service department. Regardless, if the horror stories are true or not, I have not dealt with them personally. The Sales department was great so I definitely recommend buying from here! The Sales department has mostly 5 stars! I will be back with updates if needed.

Had a great experience with Smithtown Toyota. Our Dealer, Louis Bilous, was fantastic every step of the way. He anticipated my needs with my phone call to find a specific vehicle, helped me get the best price for my trade in and walked me through every step of the process up to and including showing me all of the features and tips of my new Toyota! They honored my True Car pricing and helped me find the car I wanted. There was no pressure at any point and everyone was very friendly. Thank you for the great service and the excellent vehicle!

THEY DO NOT HONOR TRUECAR PRICING!! The guy I dealt with named Dennis was like a cliché stereotype sleazy car salesman from a movie. Old, unfriendly, dishonest, and an all-around snake who doesn't honor TrueCar pricing. Other than that, if you like an uncomfortable atmosphere where the older and almost all male sales staff make lecherous comments about the young pretty greeter girl (my wife overheard two guys discussing her) this is the place for you! Or...you can drive a short distance to Sunrise Toyota where the atmosphere is MUCH better, the people MUCH friendlier, and where they DO honor their TrueCar pricing.
