I really appreciate all the customer service and time that this Nicole from this State Farm took when answering all the questions I had. I needed to consolidate my Auto and Motorcycle insurance over, as well as start up a renters, personal artifacts, and extra coverage for hospital pay in case of injury with my motorcycle! She spent almost 45 mins on the phone, and scheduled a time for us to meet up face to face. I believe PEOPLE interactions and great customer service is something that more important that a rate plan.....With that said, I got all my coverage, lower deductibles, AND 3 new extra coverage plans for $20 less than I payed for before!

From the first time you step into this office you know you are in very good hands. I was referred to Julie Storlie with no knowledge of the services I was wanting a quote for. Not only was she thorough and patient but she also catered to my whole family's needs whether it was in person or on the phone. Very excellent service for a first timer looking for multiple insurance coverages. Family type atmosphere right from the get go. Highly recommended for any insurance needs.
