State Farm: Nancy Wolfe-Smith

Simone Jones is my agent and I must say she is the friendliest, happiest person I have met. She is always on top of my needs. She takes care of everything in a timely manner and is never too busy to help me out. I have called the office and everyone in the office is so nice that it is a pleasure to do business with them. I will continue to be a loyal customer for many years to come of Statefarm: Nancy Wolfe-Smith office.

Sometimes as consumers we look for the cheapest price, without caring for the service a company can provide. At state farm I was helped above and beyond by Ms. Sonia. I was treated with respect and was never rushed to make a decision. She took the time to go over all my questions and it was very informative. I was very satisfied with the service I was provided.

I visited patricia today in the state farm office and she had the best customer service and she was super helpful. The office itself was comfortable and and all the employees I encountered were helpful and friendly.

I had a great experience working with Carley, my agent, she was so helpful in helping me plan my future. I couldn't be more happy with Carley!
