Visiting from Texas the park and land look nice but I just couldn't bring my family to a place we're the KKK gather and was formed here. And the Confederate so called hero's are engraved into the mountain and celebrated. It's like a Jewish person going to place that idolize Hitler still and his generals with images of his self and the swastika every were along with ss lighting bolts. But to each there own I won't go here or spend any money there.

The park is beautiful. The laser show is awesome. The campground is very clean. I love that Georgia had a place to celebrate our southern heritage. I hope that it will always be here for future generations.

Was down in GA visiting family. We went here and had a blast. We went up to the top and the view was great, plus the laser show was awesome. Definitely will be going back again.

A must see if you are in the area. It is over commercialized I think. But it is fun to hike up the mountain and also the museum is really interesting. Much less well known compared to Mount Rushmore.
