Play area for the kids is great. Now the food was bad, it's high priced and carnival service. I will come for the play but eat elsewhere. Though we would try the food again. ... still very poor quality and highly priced.

I and two of my friends went on a League Night, a Wednesday at about 7:30pm and tried to get an hour of bowling. Normally it's $18.99 per hour, the "SkyBox" had the only lanes available, it's extra to bowl in there, so I ended up spending $45.00 to bowl for an hour. Our initial lane messed up three times: it wouldn't set our pins up to begin with, it wouldn't re-set our pins after we bowled our first two turns. Our clock was at 35 minutes and we were on the first person's turn of the second frame, first game. We waited 15 minutes to be transferred to another lane, which also messed up. A young man helped us out and promised to reset our time, however, the woman manager seemed to have more and more of an attitude every time we reported our lane was messing up. Our time ran out before we finished our first game. So we asked the lady to reset it or refund us, her excuse was, "The computer says you've been here for 1 hour and 15 minutes, sorry." So we found the nice young man who, thankfully, set a timer for how much time we'd lost due to our lanes constantly messing up. We got our time reset and finally left the Clubhouse after 9:30, and with headaches. Some of the staff is hard-headed and rude, especially the older woman who works the front desk. The younger staff was awesome and extremely helpful to us. This is the first time I've ever had such a horrible night here.

There is an amazing selection of food for anyone with celiac or sensitivities. The Clubhouse does a great job making it a wonderful place for all to eat and have fun!

The Club House is a place that is well designed and could be a fun time to enjoy family fun. The problem with the operation is the staff. If your looking for bad service and the feeling of not being welcome, this is the place to hang out. After your done you can go out side the front door to smoke and one of there finest employees will hound you shortly to tell you no smoking is permitted. They even track you down in the parking lot. The Bar is a joke with servers that treat you like your a child. Like i said nice place but lacks respect and southern hospitality. Fire everyone and start over.
