IT IS WORKING!!! I was slow to start at first and I wanted to give up but after I talked to a couple of the trainers it was like an "A-HA" moment. I was going to get out of the classes what I put into them. So I started putting more time into myself and attended at least 3 classes a week and now I am 3 sizes small and dropping. It is not easy but this class is addictive. Highly recommend this workout!

To start with, they don't tailor their training according to your body needs. And moreover, if you sign the contract even though you don't like it you can't quit that. That's bizzare. Even if you lose job they don't care. I would highly recomment 24hr fitness center. The price is less, $10/month. No contract. You can tons of machines to workout on. Many classes to offer. So, do not join title boxing club.

I hate these people. Those are terrible people, the owner, and his son. They make you sign a contract and tell you that you can get out of it when you relocate or get hurt. As soon as you relocate, they make you get a million proofs to get you out of the contract! Or if you get hurt, they will ask for more than a doctor's note. Horrible service. They make promises they can't deliver. They tell you that they guarantee results, but they don't actually give you your money back. They tell you that they will pay attention to your individual needs, but they don't care what your condition is. I'm tired of their crap and high prices. I'm going somewhere else and I'm not going to stop till corporate gets involved on this.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!!!! I started Title a little under a year ago after my coworker joined and convinced me to take a free class with her. At the time I had just lost a significant amount of weight and was looking for ways to tone up and take my workouts to the next level. I needed someone to help push me above and beyond my own goals, and that's exactly what I've gotten out of Title. Memberships here run in year contracts, payable in one sum or in monthly payments. For those who have never joined a quality gym before, the fees can seem a bit high...but you get out of it what you put in. When I joined I told myself that if I went 3-4 times a week (completely doable) then I'd pay less than $5 a class, and that's a bargain when you think about it. And for those weary about being locked into a contract...don't be. Early on in my membership I temporarily moved about 25 miles away from the nearest club in the area and the owner gladly worked with me to suspend my membership until I was able to move back about 4 months later. That's some GREAT customer service. When it comes to the 119th club...I didn't actually sign up here, but honestly I wish I had. Don't get me wrong...the other clubs that I've tried in the area are great but this club is the ORIGINAL and the trainers here are simply top notch. I'd personally recommend Anthony, Ron, Steve or Jason if you're looking for someone to really give you your money's worth. These guys are all professionals who not only know how to construct a great workout, but also how to motivate each and every person through it. As far as the classes themselves, each class has a basic layout where the first 15 minutes are comprised of a warm up cardio/stretching combo...followed by 30 minutes of heavy bag practice and finished with 15 minutes of core work and cool down stretches. It sounds intimidating, but if you're willing to try it I can assure you it will be ridiculously rewarding (and addictive!) And even though these are group classes, it's not uncommon to find several of the trainers helping out with classes by going bag to bag, correcting technique and giving pointers to individuals. I know I personally thrive in an environment where I feel like the trainers are just as invested in my success as I am...and that's definitely something you'll get here. Having someone there to help push you past that point in your workout where you just want to collapse and give up is just completely invaluble in my opinion. So if you're even thinking about joining this club, I'll tell you what I tell my family and friends...DO IT! This place makes me excited to work out...and that's something I never thought I'd ever say. Instead of throwing away money on a gym membership where you go maybe once or twice a week and phone it in on a treadmill, head over to see these guys and try a class. You'll get to hang out with some awesome people and burn 1000 calories while you do it. And honestly, what's better than that?

it is the most awesome workout I have ever encountered. the staff it's very caring and helpful. I would recommend this for anyone and everyone who seriously wants tho get in shape.they have memberships from 2 weeks, monthly and 12 months for those of us who want tho get in shape like a boxer. the trainers are some of the best every and everyone cares. they help you with your goals and teach conditioning you never dreamed possible. do yourself a favor and try out just 1 class. it is free and you will know whether or not you like it. what's the worst thing that can happen tho you? you will love it, I am sure.
