If you've made it this far down the reviews, listen to what everyone is saying. These guys are the best, fix things promptly, fix things right, and have fair prices. Having came in twice off the street for repairs (one flat tire and broken break, and snapped off my pedal), they took my bike and fixed it the same day. Just go here. You'll be happy you did. Transition racks, and the owner, are simply the best.

Great service, great product selection, and great staff! Couldn't be happier about my purchases and interactions with Transition Rack. By far the best bike shop in town, whether you're coming in for a fix on an old beater-bike or a new top-of-the-line race bike.

I think they may have lost money on my petty tire replacement- even so they provided me professional and efficient service- stay cool and ride safe-

I brought in a bike that needed new tires and hadn't been serviced in probably 20 years. I was expecting a huge bill and a long wait, but it ended up costing a third of what I was expecting and being finished in less than 48-hours. Even when I just needed something to be bent into place, I brought my bike in and it was fixed in front of me in and I was out the door in a matter of minutes, free of charge. The guys who work here are great and have your best interest at heart. I highly, highly recommend taking your bike to Transition Rack.

I'm a fan. I brought in my bike for some repairs, they repaired the bike, and now it rides better than ever. Nothing that any bike shop couldn't have done. What won me over, however, was that when I told the guy that someone stole all the mounts off my handle bars (mounts for lights, and my bell), the guy started pulling out lights, bells, etc. to give to me for free. I doubt I'll have a need to go back before I move out of the area, but if I did, Transition is definitely where I'd go. My only complaint is that I wish they had a larger space, while still being located downtown.
