I was very impressed with Village Auto. I went to Oconto and got the truck we have been searching for! Everything was above my expectations, they went above and beyond. We were pleased with the price for value of my truck. My high interest rate sucks but that is my fault not theirs. The fact that they even got me a loan was amazing. My credit isn't the best. They had to have worked hard to do that for us. Thank you Jen for getting us financing and Tom for having our truck looking exceptional when we picked it up.

We bought our truck from village auto couple weeks ago.. Bill Van Landghen was a great help. He was very straight up and we liked that he was willing to stay late on a friday to explain details with us about the truck we bought. we would definitely buy another vehicle from village auto!! thanks for everything, Terry and Sara Ninmer

Geoff was wonderful! No pressure and always helpful. My vehicle was wonderful! Super clean and runs great!! We did financing through them and that was quick and painless. They really worked to accommodate us and our schedule. Can't say enough good things! Thanks Village Auto!

Bought a truck recently and was extremely happy with the service and the truck! I worked directly with Joe Bartels the manager at Village Auto on 29 and was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about cars/trucks and sales in general. He worked hard to get me the best price for what I was looking at! He gave me a fair trade in on my old car and made sure that my new purchase was in tip top shape before leaving the lot. Thanks a lot Joe for the great experience!!

Joe B at Village on 29 is your "typical" used car salesman. Never have I been treated so shitty. Our first bad taste was test driving a truck at the velp one, truck smelt horribly like wet dog and I couldn't even get out after because the lock on the door was bad. Gave it another try and went to Test drive one on 29 where we met Joe. He asked where we wanted to be payments wise and when we told him he told us he wished we would have said that up front and not wasted his time. He told us we were never going to get close to that and showed us payments in higher interest rates treating us like broke asses with bad credit. He offered us $1,000 on trade in. We sold it out right for $5,000. Needless to say we left pissed an will never go back. We got $4000 more on ours and bought a truck for almost $4000 more, 2 yrs newer and are where we wanted to be payment wise. Funny how that worked out. Thanks for being a D Bag and losing a sale. You should get customer service training, probably sell more or find a better job to suit you. Curtis at Broadway wiped the floor with you, buyers for life is what he got.
