They went out of the way to work to find a truck that fit. And didn't change their attitude or approach as I made several rejections. I came in to test drive a 2015 GMC Canyon on a Friday. I was recommended by Phil G. from West Herr Honda, who had previously offered us exceptional service six months prior for our Honda Cr-V. Since the Canyon is such an exceptionally well selling vehicle, the exact color and options I wanted had to be located out of state. He was able to multitask very well, servicing many people at once.
