West Hill House B&B

While traveling through Vermont on a road trip, we were looking for a place to spend the night. We stumbled on West Hill House B&B and couldn't have found anything better. Peter and Susan were fantastic hosts and we immediately felt at home and comfortable sitting in the living room chatting with the other guests. We stayed in the Bluebonnet Room, which was very cozy. Breakfast was delicious (thanks Susan!), and as our plans for the day were being dampened by the rain, they had some great suggestions for the next leg of our trip. I will definitely be back to spend some time in the area and enjoy their hospitality.

My husband and I recently stayed at the West Hill House B&B. It is the best bed & breakfast we have stayed at due to the outstanding hospitality of Peter and Susan. Whatever plans you had they were able to add details and suggestions that made your trip a more enjoyable one. The breakfast that Susan cooked each morning was amazing. The rooms were spotless and the grounds were beautiful. We will definitely return for another pleasant weekend at West Hill House B&B.

My wife and I have been going here for 7 years now, and it somehow seems to get even better each year. We got engaged here and spent part of our honeymoon here as well because it's such an absolutely gorgeous place. We've gone mostly in the winter, but in the fall as well. Each season has its own advantages, but the fall foliage is incredible and the winter snow makes for an amazingly cozy experience. Of course, West Hill wouldn't be complete with Peter and Susan, who go out of their way to make your experience a positive and enjoyable one. From the outdoor pond and lounge area, to the multiple fireplaces inside, we look forward to going back every January, and hope to make it there in the spring and summer someday!

Friendly, funny and entertaining couple that loves to have people over their cute and elaborate guesthouse. Loved their hospitality, even had a game of pool with the owner. Wish we had stayed longer to thoroughly enjoy the place.

Our stay at the West Hill House was none other than spectacular. From the time we booked until the time we checked out, Susan and Peter made us feel welcomed and provided us with a relaxing weekend. Each morning Susan and Peter created and served a scrumptious three-course breakfast that accommodated our dietary needs. We found our room (The Garden Room) to be charming and enjoyed putting puzzles together in the sitting room while sipping on a hot cup of coffee. Susan and Peter are extremely knowledgeable about the area and have truly mastered the art of hospitality. Our experience at the West Hill House was so enjoyable that we are already making plans to return. Thank you Susan and Peter for an amazing weekend.
